How it works
No agency middlemen. No back-and-forth emails. Post a brief, pick your creators, approve the work.
Describe what you need — platform, content type, budget. Your campaign goes live to the marketplace in minutes.
Review applicants with verified engagement scores, portfolio links, and campaign history. Pick the right fit for your brand.
Creators submit content to your workspace. Request revisions or approve. Your budget stays in escrow until you're satisfied.
Happy with the content? Approve it and funds release instantly. SARS-compliant tax invoices generated automatically.
We were spending weeks emailing influencers individually. With Sociaal, we posted a brief and had 12 qualified applicants within 24 hours. The escrow system means we only pay for content we're happy with. It's completely changed how we run campaigns in SA.
Why Sociaal
Global influencer platforms don't understand SA audiences, SA payment rails, or SA tax requirements. Sociaal was built here, for here.
Your budget is held safely until you approve deliverables. No risk of paying for content that doesn't meet your brief.
Every creator has a score based on real activity — subscriber count, posting frequency, and completed campaigns. No fake followers.
Tax invoices generated automatically for every campaign. EFT or card — your finance team will love it.
Build your creator network. Invite past collaborators to new campaigns with one click from your Collaborators hub.
Creators across all 9 provinces. Filter by niche, language, platform, and location to find the perfect match.
No USD conversion. No international transfer fees. Budget, pay, and report in ZAR.
Stop paying international fees to reach local audiences.

FAQ
There's no platform fee for brands. No subscription, no listing fee. You only pay the campaign budget you set. Sociaal takes a small fee from the creator's side. What you budget is what goes to the work.
Your entire budget is held in escrow from the moment you publish. Funds are only released to the creator once you explicitly approve their deliverables. If a creator doesn't deliver, your money stays safe. You can also fund via EFT for budgets over R10,000.
Both. You can post an open campaign and let creators apply to you, or you can invite specific creators from your dashboard or Collaborators list. You can even create a campaign pre-filled for a specific creator you've worked with before.
Card payments (instant) and EFT bank transfers. For budgets over R10,000, we recommend EFT — a SARS-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically. Your finance team can reconcile everything cleanly.
Every creator has a verified engagement score based on real activity — subscriber count, posting frequency, and completed campaign history. You can also see their campaign portfolio, content type specialisation, and platform presence before you accept anyone.
Yes. When a creator submits content, you can approve it or request a revision with detailed feedback. The creator resubmits, and you review again. Funds stay in escrow through the entire process.
